About the Event
Welcome to the Mirou French Public Speech Competition, an exceptional opportunity for young speakers to develop their public speaking skills and gain confidence. This competition is designed to encourage children to express their ideas, share their passions and perfect their eloquence in a caring and stimulating environment.
Objectives of the Competition:
- Improved Oratory Skills: Help children structure their speeches, articulate clearly and captivate their audience.
- Self-Confidence: Provide a platform where participants can overcome their fear of public speaking and build their confidence.
- Creativity and Expression: Encourage children to be creative in their presentations and to express their thoughts in an original and convincing way.
- Healthy Competitive Spirit: Promote a healthy and respectful competitive spirit, where each participant is valued for their efforts and progress.
Participation Categories:
- Elementary (6-10 years old)
- Junior school (11-14 years old)
- High school (15-18 years old)
Conduct of the Competition:
1. Registration: Participants must register online before the deadline.
2. Preparation: Training workshops will be offered to help children prepare their speech.
3. Selections: The speeches will be evaluated by a jury composed of communication and education professionals.
